The receptionist was easy going and took time to add new patients. I didn't have to wait too long to get in for a well visit. The office is welcoming, bright, and feels clean! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Allred is a GEM! She was quick to interact with my kids and took time to answer questions. My kids all felt safe and included in the visit with a younger sibling. She didn't seem rushed and we enjoyed our time with her.

As first time patients of Desert Shores we could not have been more pleased. The front office staff was friendly and efficient while getting us checked in/out. FNP Cynthia had a great bedside manner and was extremely thorough in her exam of my son. We will be back in a month for my son’s well child visit. Thank you for a painless experience.

Great first impression! We are in the process of switching pediatricians and chose Desert Shore off of a friends recommendation. They were very thorough and so kind. Looking forward to continuing care with them. Dr. Baron was wonderful.

We absolutely love Staci Cruz! Our 5yo actually looks forward to seeing her - and we do too! She has a straightforward approach while also being sensitive and empathetic to our concerns. She is always supportive of our parenting choices too. We have seen a few different providers at Desert Shores who are all very nice, but we seem to just vibe with Staci, so she will always be our preferred provider All the staff are truly amazing. From the front desk team to the medical assistants to the providers, my kids always receive top-notch care. I will always recommend Desert Shores to anyone looking for a fantastic pediatric center.

We came to Desert Shores to follow Dana! She has seen my daughter since she was born and is always so patient and gentle with our shy girl! All the staff is so nice and patient. I love how thorough Dana is and how she suggests naturally/holistic remedies first! We LOVE it here!

April is amazing. She is always there when we need her, always understands our concerns or our questions when we are there with her. She takes the best care of our babies and us. I am always so grateful for her.

Good doctors and nurses. We have had great experience with the behavioral health counselor. They usually have appointments available when you need at one of their offices. Pretty happy with their care. I don't give it a 5 stars because the waiting time can be long. Last visit they forgot to check us in and took way longer that we expected. I highly recommend it.

We have been going to DS Pediatrics since 2019 and love this office, every practitioner we have seen has been personable and excellent in Dx and treatment. Kudos to the office manager and staff. They are always prompt and get us in right away. They have a well and a sick waiting room, but we never spend more than a few minutes in the lobby, or waiting in our exam room before we are seen. I love the way they interact with both my younger and older teenage children. I would recommend the Gilbert Desert Shores Pediatrics to anyone looking for a long term provider for your children from birth to adulthood.
